The ezWiFi™ Hotspot brand name is owned and operated by FVN Alliance, Inc FVN Alliance does not sell, rent, barter, or in any other way distribute personal information (including e-mail addresses) to third parties. However, FVN Alliance may send you, from time to time, communications about FVN Alliance products or services. FVN Alliance may also merge information about its users into group data, which may be shared on an aggregated basis with third parties; but will not disclose individual identity or data.

For the "Tell a friend" feature and for partially completed registrations, etc., FVN Alliance may collect information, but will only use this information for limited communications to promote the FVN Alliance service and it will not be given to third parties.
